First thing I noticed was the compression for videos. Which makes me wonder how important is it for a video to have faster rendering at the compromise of quality? or is it the reverse? (as a viewer)
I’m thinking this problem is pretty much exclusive to video formats, and occasionally gifs?

just seeing this thread, but noticing the comments on video and not sure if they’ve made changes, but looks like they handle it with a gif loader until the mp4 comes in clean… curious how that’s happening, but I think it could be great for mint house high level view if we could somehow be caching the videos on that load time and then they are basically ready on click through. exploring more on server components and the like for this kind of stuff. among other things.
