[PAP2] to fix auction duration + update voting period

Public Assembly launched today :slight_smile: and also messed up some of the initial inputs :frowning:

We were able to submit 2 proposals that fix the auction duration issue (reduce from the accidental 3 day input, to desired 1 day input) + update the voting period from 4 days to 3 days. 2 proposals submitted were submitted but ONE WAS A MISTAKE. Something we can start doing is using tags for proposal posts, even though this is already in the governance catergory, best to get in the habit now.
