The RetroPGF round 3 is live. It would be nice for PA to have a presence in this since its optimism seems to be a key player in the Ethereum ecosystem. I’m starting this thread so we can keep track of any updates on this.

Let me know @salief if you want to hop on call and jam on this. (we could also do it async)
